School Menus: ECSD serves free breakfast and lunch to every student all year long.

School Supplies Provided: The Elmira City School District can leverage the power of bulk buying to purchase necessary supplies for a fraction of what families would have to spend on their own. The District will provide school supplies for the 2023-2024 academic year for all students. Students will need to bring their own backpacks.
Getting to School: Bussing information will be available by September 1, 2023 in SchoolTool. Parents and guardians of ECSD students who ride the bus will be able to obtain school bus information like bus number, bus stop location and pick-up/drop-off times through SchoolTool's Parent Portal under the ‘User Defined’ tab. Make sure to access the Parent Portal at the new address at

New! Available September 1, 2023! Parents/guardians of students who ride the school bus will be able to track the school bus using a secure GPS locator app, MyView Zonar Bus Tracker. This service will available to families after September 1, 2023.

Dental Services in School! Mosaic Health Community Dentistry is a program that provides school-based dental services. If your child does not have a dentist or dental insurance—or if it is difficult for you to get them to appointments due to transportation, work schedule, or lack of funds—Community Dentistry can provide your child with much needed dental services during the school day.

Home Internet: Your family may qualify for discounted high speed internet available from the provider of your choice through the FCC's Affordable Connectivity Program. Go to
